How Does The Pricing Work?
For the first hour of onsite tech support, the charge is only $120, which includes travel to you. If more time is needed, each additional half-hour blocks are charged at only $40 (Maximum of 2 Hours).
What Payment Options are Avaliable?
Payment by Cash or Card can be made onsite. Alternatively, an invoice can be provided with bank details for transfer.
Not Fixed or Not Satisfied?
If I am unable to resolve your issues or if you are not satisfied with the results at any point, there will be no charge for my services or a refund will be promptly made if requested within 14 days.
What Can You Do If There Is Extra Time?
Fortunately there are many things we can run over if there's any extra time including - comprehensive system health check, detection and removal of spyware, viruses, and malware, optimization of startup and shutdown processes, cleaning of Quick Launch and the taskbar, verification of the latest operating system updates, diagnosis of performance issues, improvement of browser speed, system maintenance for increased efficiency, evaluation of wireless network security, and establishment of a backup routine to safeguard important data.
